SUMMARY:Conversion to Instructor Appoinment
DESCRIPTION:11.14\n(b)  No later than 1 May of each academic year\, Human Resources shall\nprovide the Association and the Provost with a list of all Employees\neligible for conversion under the terms of Article 11.14 (a). By 15 May\, the\nProvost shall send the name of any Employee eligible for conversion to\nthe Head(s) of Academic Unit(s) in which the Employee has taught at\nleast thirty-six (36) credit hours during the four (4) years used for\nconversion. The Provost shall also notify the Employee of their eligibility.\nThe Employee shall inform the Provost and Head of their chosen\nAcademic Unit(s) of their intent to apply for appointment.
