DESCRIPTION:12.20 \nThe FRCs shall review all applications for renewal\, tenure and promotion and\nforward their decisions to the URC according to the following schedule:\n(b) Tenure\, Combined Tenure and Promotion to Associate Professor\,\npromotion to Associate Professor\, and Instructor Continuing\nAppointment\, and Instructor II: no later than 15 January of the academic\nyear during which the application for tenure is made.
