DESCRIPTION:51.21 Library and Archives Review Committee Procedures\nThe LARCs shall review all applications for continuing appointment and promotion and forward their decisions to the URC according to the following schedule: \n(a) Continuing Appointment\, Joint Continuing Appointment and Promotion\, or Promotion to Librarian III/Archivist III: no later than 15 January of the academic year in which the appointment terminates or the year in which the application is made.
