SUMMARY:Remuneration for Thesis Supervision\, Directed Reading\, and Independent Study Courses
DESCRIPTION:Faculty members shall be entitled to compensation for supervision of students enrolled at Acadia University as follows:\n(a)	Primary supervision of Master’s or Ph.D. theses: $300 honorarium for every completed thesis;\n(b)	Primary supervision of undergraduate Honours theses: $150 honorarium for every completed thesis;\n(c)	Primary instruction of a 3-credit-hour Independent Study or Reading Course: $150 honorarium for every completed course. \nCompensation shall be paid in December and June. (Art. 21.11)
