28.10 On an annual basis unless otherwise specified, the Board shall provide to the Executive of the Association the following information:

by 15 October and 15 February of each year, a listing of part-time Employees per Certification Order 4914, by name, age, date of initial appointment, appointment status, and salary, as at 1 October and 1
February, respectively;
