The LRCs shall review all applications for continuing appointment and promotion and forward their decisions to the URC according to the following schedule:

Joint Continuing Appointment and Promotion or Promotion to Librarian III/Archivist III: no later than 15 December of the academic year in which the appointment terminates. (Art. 51.21(a))
