(c) The FRCs shall review all applications for renewal, tenure and promotion and forward their decisions to the URC according to the following schedule:
Promotion to Full Professor, Instructor III, and Nurse Practice Educator II:
no later than 31 January of the academic year during which the application for promotion is made.
