Continuing Appointment and Promotion of Librarians and Archivists
June 15
51.01 The Head shall ask Librarians or Archivists by 15 June if they wish to apply for continuing appointment, joint continuing appointment and promotion, or promotion. Librarians and Archivists wishing to be considered for continuing appointment, joint continuing appointment and promotion or promotion shall notify their Head, Dean, and the Chair of the University Review Committee (URC) of their intent by 15 July.
