Duration of the Agreement
This Agreement shall remain in effect until 30 June 2025, except for Appendices C, H, and I, which shall be re-opened for negotiation on or before 1 May 2024. It is agreed that William Kaplan, or such other arbitrator as the parties may agree to, remain seized to determine the dispute should the parties be unable to agree through negotiation. (art. 41.20)
