The Dean shall maintain a record of the sabbatical credit balance for all Employees in their Faculty or the Research Services Sector, and annually provide a copy of sabbatical credit balance to the Heads. By 1 July of each year, Heads shall review each Employee’s sabbatical credit balance with the Employee and the Dean shall review the Curator’s sabbatical credit balance with the Curator. (Art. 24.11)
