51.21 Library and Archives Review Committee Procedures
The LARCs shall review all applications for continuing appointment and promotion and forward their decisions to the URC according to the following schedule:

(b) Promotion to Librarian IV/Archivist IV: no later than 31 January of the academic year during which the application for promotion is made.
