12.02 If one or more Professors, or Instructors, or Nurse Practice Educators in an Academic Unit indicate that they intend to apply for renewal, tenure, or promotion, then the Head shall, in accordance with Article 12.15, seek nominations for two (2) eligible members to serve on the Faculty Review Committee (“FRC”) by 31 August, according to Article 12.15(b).
