Departmental Review Committee Procedures

The DRCs shall review all applications for renewal, tenure and promotion and forward their decisions to the URC according to the following schedule:
Tenure, Combined Tenure and Promotion to Associate Professor, promotion to Associate Professor, and Instructor Continuing Appointment: no later than 15 December of the academic year during which the application for tenure is made. (Art. 12.21(b))
