51.21 Library and Archives Review Committee Procedures
The LARCs shall review all applications for continuing appointment and promotion and forward their decisions to the URC according to the following schedule:
(a) Continuing Appointment, Joint Continuing Appointment and Promotion, or Promotion to Librarian III/Archivist III: no later than 15 January of the academic year in which the appointment terminates or the year in which the application is made.
