(b) No later than 1 May of each academic year, Human Resources shall
provide the Association and the Provost with a list of all Employees
eligible for conversion under the terms of Article 11.14 (a). By 15 May, the
Provost shall send the name of any Employee eligible for conversion to
the Head(s) of Academic Unit(s) in which the Employee has taught at
least thirty-six (36) credit hours during the four (4) years used for
conversion. The Provost shall also notify the Employee of their eligibility.
The Employee shall inform the Provost and Head of their chosen
Academic Unit(s) of their intent to apply for appointment.
