(d) Procedures for applying for doctoral study leave are as follows:
(i) Employees who are eligible for doctoral study leave shall make application in writing by 1 September of the year preceding the year in which the leave is to be taken. The application must include an up
to-date curriculum vitae and a study plan which demonstrates to the satisfaction of the Study Leave Committee that the leave shall allow the applicant substantially to complete their doctoral research and
dissertation.
