46.60 Review for Continuing Appointment
A Nurse Practice Educator on probationary appointment shall be reviewed by the School by 31 October of the final year of the appointment. Nurse Practice Educators who have been placed on pregnancy leave, sick leave for a period of at least twenty-five (25) consecutive weeks, or family leave for a period of at least twenty-five (25) consecutive weeks according to the appropriate procedures in Article 24.00 during their probationary appointment shall be granted a twelve (12) month extension. The extension must be requested by 15 July of the final year of the appointment (Article 12.02).
